Well, it has been years since I have booked my own flights.

Today I had to book a flight for personal reasons. While I had the itinerary scheduled, I had to make sure the airline had it right.

Booking the flight was no problem actually, what bothered me was being redirected to folks that had less than a good command of the english language.

Also the fact that I am not traveling for business or pleasure, but to tend to a distant relative that is suffering...
