mojo, do you read any monthlies or do you just stick with the trades?
also, this months issue of detective comics was pretty good. i wasn't a big fan of the first arc with batwoman, but this arc is about her origin. i was ready to drop it but liked this issue and will stick with it a while. j.h. williams art and layouts have been pretty nice.
this week was a big week. i think 10 issues. the second issue of superman: secret origin was probably my favorite. i love gary frank's art.

i think red robin is becoming my favorite book. i've been loving the latest arc with the league of assassins and the council of spiders. i also like the change of artist from ramon bachs to marcus to.
also, does anybody but me and eli read any of the monthly books or what?

I have an extremely adorable face!
In actuality he told me he had extras of all of these and was cleaning out his place since he bought a house and wanted to make sure they got a good home instead of just selling them.
Anyone reading Superman: Secret Origins, Geoff Johns re-telling/retcon of Superman's origin? It borrow a lot from the Silver Age Superman, including Superman's history as Superboy, his participation in the Legion of Superheroes, and giving Lex and Clark a history in Smallville.
The most recent issue had one thing I don't think as been done before. Essentially, it had Clark's first day at the Daily Planet, and it showed the Planet as a struggling newspaper, due in part from having taken on the most powerful man in Metropolis, Lex Luthor.
It's an interesting idea as it ties the Daily Planet tighter to Superman and his popularity in Metropolis.
And Gary Frank's art has been great, as it usually is.
i'll show you how gay i am its where all the FBAers and people that complained about the FBAers went to be FBAers.
