Months since i blogged here thought i should try again. Winter is dragging on and Im not doing as good a job with my diet. So I better get back on track ive found it tough to exercise inside in the winter but i gotta. maybe I try tomorrow

I love Friday's the weekend is here and its looking pretty nice maybe a little rain then sunshine. Going to a Cross Country invitational in Hartford which should be fun Ill get to see how my daughter stacks up against some of the better competition in CT, predictor for post season. Then down to the beach for dinner. Sunday is football but the locals are goibg to struggle. Oh well at least there s Yankees Sox too. Should go a long way toward sorting out playoffs Its getting interesting

It is September of my son patricks senior year. So it is therefore College application time. A very trying time for parent and child alike. Junior year as most know would be the most demanding academicly having to flex your academic miscles with AP and Honors classes SAT prep and exams. ACT SAT IIs etc. But one of the great things about it was to go with Patrick to visit school and get the admissions officers sales pitch obout their school. We visited about 9-10 colleges here in the north east....

Ive been here for 1 year today, back before 2.0 so Im kinda old school.Who am I kidding old school is for the guys who joined 6 years ago. But it fun none the less. I try to contribute in my own way. Add a few laughs.I don't take myself too seriously. I run my no sigpic nor avatar gimmick on some of the newer newbies. I love the fall there is nothing as nice as this weather. Fall means Baseball playoff runs US tennis Open Football college and pros. My son plays fall ball and it is always the best time. My daughter runs cross country, her best sport. She was 6th in New England as a sophomore and will be gunning for top 3 this year.The doc was a Cross Country runner back in the day and about 70 lbs ago although I'm getting back into shape.
