My office doesn't really enforce the dress code to strictly, but since I deal with the public alot I tend to wear alot of the "Classics" and work wear collections from J. Crew. Fridays are casual, but I feel akward if I wear jeans. Being in those clothes makes me use my "professional voice", it confuses people that I knwo when they call my office.

I used to wear what ever the hell I wanted to... but yesterday I started rocking the gear they gave me
its some preety phat shit... blue cargo pants with company logo... gray long sleave shirt... red fliece...and a skying jacket... id say all this clothes is well over a G

When I work in an office, I tend to wear a shirt and tie, just cause it puts me in a work mode. If I wear my normal, "casual" clothes I don't really get into the right mindset. I don't really mind wearing a tie either, except that when I do people always seem to ask me for directions - guess I look more respectable/knowledgable.
