This question is for both the ladies and the studs, i mean, men on the board ;)
do/did your parents allow your boyfriend/girlfriend to spend the night? Are/were they allowed to sleep in your room?
For me, I didn't even consider asking in high school. Once I graduated college, I was allowed. I slept downstairs and they had no problem. My sisters had their boyfriends spend the night when they were in college. It wasn't like we were bringing home a different guy every night, we were all in long / serious relationships, so my mom was very considerate in that aspect.

my parents are cool about me bring anybody home, because im always by myself anyways....lol
im 22 still living at home with my own room,so all i have to do is close it and do as i please.
"where the white women at"?
Wow, this is a good question I think I've alwasy been allowed to ahve boys in my room with the door closed, but I wasn't allowed to start having them sleep over until I was in college.
My mom always thought it was "in appropriate" and then I mentioned to her that Im away at school more than I'm home so I could just do whatever I wanted to up there, I guess she realized just because there is a guy sleeping in my bed doesnt mean we're gonna bang the whole nite.
I think she felt more comfortable with the whole thing once she realized that the boys I had sleeping over were serious boyfriends and that I did respsect her house and the rules (well, for the most part)
I have never had a boyfriend whose house I was allowed to stay over, except for one and in that case I had to sleep in the guest room and he slept in his room in the basement. We weren't allowed to have doors closed ever, and his parents really liked me, they tried to get us to get married.

when i was a freshman in high school my girlfriend at the time lived 40 minutes away, so we would sleepover each others houses all the time because they didnt want to drive us back and forth.
now 6 years later my girl stays over almost every night that shes home from school. its never been a big deal i guess

In high school a friend of ours would have coed sleep overs but the "bonus" your skirting around was supplied by our friend's[older] sister. She would pick a different guy every party.A kind of sleeping bag "spin the bottle". Talk about whooers!

My dad was an Ex-Marine, WWII veteran. True story:
One day, when I was 16, I asked him, "What would you do if you found me in bed with a boy?"
His response: "I'd break both his legs and kick him out of the house."
So I say, "Ok, so what would you do if you found me in the kitchen with a boy doing homework?"
His response: "I'd break both his legs and kick him out of the house!"
Therefore, I had NO co-ed sleepovers!!!!!!!!

My parents were always VERY leniant ...
My first co-ed sleepover was when I was 15 (I'm 23 now) and I wound up sleeping on the couch anyway because my boyfriend snored too much. Every sleeping encounter has ended pretty much the same way ever since. :( Is there a man out there who doesn't sleep like there's a cat stuck in his throat?

i was never allowed. my parents would have went nuts if I even asked. then a year after i moved out, my younger brother was allowed to have a girl sleep over. then my little sister was allowed to have her boyfriend sleep over at 17.

NO WAY!!!! I had an ex that lived at my parents house with me but he had his own bedroom and was never allowed to sleep in my room. Even when I had friends from college stay over, their boyfriends had to sleep in seperate rooms.....
