You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

i would suggest just quitting. it's easy and will stop you from feeling any pain again. also, dwell a lot over your mistake and never forget you're not perfect. hit the bottle and smoke a lot. it won't help but it's the right thing to do.
