This is nothing but an attempt at "shock humor".

alright folks, lighten up. It's a name that conveys my anti-RFbaby feelings, and nothing more. I'm not changing anything. If I have to, I'll just leave the board. I can't be around people who don't appreciate free expresion. You guys won't miss me, so don't worry. You know, for people who support a good radio show like R&F, you should appreciate free speech in all forms. You can't pick and choose, or then you look like the FCC, religous nuts, and Rudy G. I happen to know quite a few girls who get upset by "baby killer" references or "dead baby jokes" becuase they have either had abortions, miscarriages or stillborn. Dead baby jokes can be cool and all, but you have to remember that some people get genuinely upset over them

OK, do I have to spell this out? I am in no way endorsing the murder of any person of any age-- born or unborn. I thought you would understand the "baby" means the RF Babies, and the "killer" isn't really killer-- it simply conveys my feeling that they shouldn't be on the show any more. God, I didn't realize we were so PC and wishy washy here. Calm down, guys...I'm here to have fun just like everyone else. CHILL.

yes, i know that people get upset over dead baby jokes and whatnot...but i wasn't being serious...and i happen to have many many friends who have been raped (by their own fathers even) and have had abortions and i have friends who are fuckin 15 and are pregnant, with more than one baby and on welfare. and i have friends who strip naked and sell their bodies to survive, and some of them have been raped and some of them get pregnant and choose to have abortions.
yes, i know people get upset over dead baby jokes. and supervixen, i never said you didn't have to quote e-town or any other band you like. i like to quote my favorite philosophers and idols...i never said you couldn't. i was being sarcastic. i never said you couldn't be happy...do you know how to read? i know you do.

Just want to throw in my two cents...

This is a privately owned board, I understand, but it's in honor one of the most liberal shows on the air. Ron himself jokes about wearing a baby like condom, about his penchant for school girl uniforms, about retards raised for football teams. All are equally offensive and I find them ALL hysterical. There's not much I don't find funny, granted, but if I didn't find something funny, I wouldn't want to censor it.

I truly hope that Heckler shares this opinion...if it's specifically against an individual with intent to harm, then all fine and dandy, lock it up.

But please, don't censor something you don't find particularly funny or something that you find particularly offensive. If I remember correctly, all the posts following my Dead Baby jokes were either adding more dead baby jokes or proclaiming that they thought they were funny, or both, until Heckler locked it. I think the reason he did was because the first post was by another poster, and particularly anti-baby. I was just making light of it.

Heckler, I love ya bud, you're one of my favorite callers, and if you count the amount of times I've posted in your board, you'll see that I'm not lying. So this isn't personal, I'm just letting you know that.

Toot,I really appreciate most brands of humor.I also appreciate the "tasteless stuff".
Regarding "dead baby" joke, I personally don't like them, but I have never deleted a "dead baby joke", or any other type of joke. The whole "babykiller" thing was unpleasant because there are "Babies" on the show and a name like "babykliier" can be scary. The thread I locked said "Death to the babies".
Maybe if it said "death to the babies bit" one would know that BK was kidding.
I hope this ends the discussion.
