You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

If he has any balls,,Fallon should devote a good portion of his Monday show to him. The man practically was a part of the furniture there in Carson's day.

It might come across as a bit phony though. For people of approximately Ron and Fez' age he was an icon, but Fallon's probably a bit young to have fully appreciated him.
