I have only seen the trailer, and I'm callin' it right now:

The Keira Knightly character (Chris Pine's wife) is a double/triple agent or a mole or a fucking sleeper cell or whatever.

I guess they're telegraphing the plot with that "Sometimes the ones closest to you are the ones you should trust the least" line.

I guess they're not following the original character backstory. In "The Hunt for Red October" didn't the Jack Ryan character go to Annapolis and break his back in a plane crash at this point in his life? Maybe the book was different than the movie.
