I realize we have a decently large age demographic here, but I was thinking what would they play at my retirement community... I mean now they play things like Sinatra and taht makes sense for the people who are there now....
But when I get there are they going to be playing Nelly and Puff Daddy?
that sucks.

Ya know what I have thought of sometimes. Those radio stations that play "oldies". I guess they're songs from the 50's and 60's, one day I'm gonna be listening to one of those stations and they're gonna be playing Britney and like N'Sync and shit like that.

A mish mash of punk, metal, and stuff from the mid to late 80s, when Minneapolis was the big thing.

what makes you think that htey'd really play hard rock at a retirement community? They'd probably play softer hits because you're old and can't rock out. a better question would ask is what would be considered 'classic' rock of today. I mean seriously, it's not like they'll say "screw sinatra because he's not hip with the young oldsters lets put on AC/DC"

what makes you think we hate Sinatra?
i'm just saying that no matter what age they won't play loud rock or rap for people wanting to rest.
