I have it. Not too many exciting games out for it yet though. Contrast, which was free of PS+ is pretty interesting. Streaming gameplay is pretty cool too.

I have an XBONE coming tomorrow so I'll see how they compare.

found one yesterday at local Target - guess most are a scared to go back since the card theft shit. Took a damn hour to upload a system update and finally ready to go.
Agree that there are not many games so far - I got the racing one need for speed and it looked awesome.

Im torn between xbox1 and ps4. Im in no rush for either. The xbox1 seems to be big on the whole kinnect aspect which i fucking despise. PS has 2 exclusives in MLB The Show and God of War which made me get the PS3. But actually gameplay on the PS3 i found infuriating. Felt like the system was slow to respond compared to the 360.

A buddy of mine was telling me he found an xbox1 gave it to his kid for xmas, right out of the box it didnt work. Said it was making some loud noise. Im sure when a 13yo gets a new system for xmas and it doesnt work that didnt ruin xmas at all.

Well, those 2 people are weirdos!

A lot of it has to do with what you're used to. For me, the Xbox controller is so much more comfortable and more precise. I like the media aspect too, so I don't have to have a bunch of different devices for my Netflix and Hulu. The camera is actually pretty cool - it is no less secure than the webcam everybody has built-in their laptop. If your ISP and network is secure, there isn't much to worry about. It is also very obvious when the camera is on versus off. The console comes with a little decal that is just the perfect size for covering up the camera if you're that worried. Some people do that. The new Kinect adds some amazing in-game voice command stuff that is really cool in Dead Rising and Battlefield 4. I am sure there will be more.

Plus, Halo. That alone makes it better.

Basically if you're a casual gamer who wants a lot of entertainment options on your machine - xboxone. Gaming only, ps4.

And while MS has Halo, PS has Uncharted, which is wayyyyy better
