....yes, I fell off the face of the planet. I'm running in another Tough Mudder in two weeks. If you are aren't familiar with this obstacle endurance challenge, please read about the 12 miles of hell i'm putting myself through again. I have done the spartan race in north carolina the last two years.
Its a good thing for friends or coworkers, I would never do it alone just for fitness. Its crazy people.
