What keeps You Up...

For anyone who's on board right now, what keeps you up...
I'm working overtime and have to monitor our Networks for any problems... Can you drink coffee and still fall asleep?

Sleeping until nearly 3 pm this afternoon may have something to do with it :p
Coffee/caffeine has no effect on me, I can drink it and go to sleep 10 minutes later if I'm tired enough.

For me what works is those stay awake pills, but I haven't taken those since freshman year of college (4 yrs. ago). Like Poison Ivy, coffee or soda never did it for me. I pride myself in my ability to sleep at any time, anyplace. Once as a kid I fell asleep at a Popeye's while taking a bite of a piece of chicken...my mom has the picture to prove it.

Also, I used to eat spagetti in the bathtub, but that's a whole other childhood story.

I never get comfotable. I toss and turn for hours watching TV and whne I finally give up, that's when I come online.

When I was younger I used to work for a Traveling Carnival company on the weekends. One sunday, after being up for about 40 hours straight, I fell asleep on the floor of the ticket booth while 2 other people were working. Thank god my boss was a family friend.
