I think it is not uncommon to have to relaxation issues with a new person, and that can interrupt your swag, and if it starts to get in your head it can be a distraction. You just need to chill and be up front about it, and eventually you should relax and be able to do it normally.

I think RMHL is onto something, that first time was probably nerves from being with a new person, every time after that that shit is in your head. Could be a few things...

- Did you just get out of a long relationship? If so that could fuck with your head. Being used to one person, missing them, and then being with someone new. The whole staying hard then going flaccid kind of makes me think its an in your head thing. That happened to me years ago. Really fucked my head up when getting with the next girl.

- Someone asked earlier if you used a condom after going awhile without. For alot of guys once they stop using condoms they can never go back.
