I am having a hard time dealing with reality.

Pearl Jam's first album is almost 10 yeras old and I listen to it as if it's brand new.

The "Grunge" attitude falls behind rap, gangsta rap, rap/rock, and now the boy band revolution in the timeline of music.

Damn, I am getting old.

The direction of the eye; so misleading.
The deflection of the soul; nauseously quick.
I don't question out existence. I just question our modern needs.

Heckler,

Hey, I listen to music that's 25 years old and feel it's as good as any music today...
Don't get me wrong, I Love Good Music, new or old...
When it's Good, it is Always Good...

As far as getting old, F it...
Then again, it does suck sometimes. But what are you gonna do Hah!

Eat better, exercise a little bit, color your hair(L'Oreal is the Best) and teach some of the younger people some of the lessons we learned. So they don't have to learn it the hard way.

But then again, I think I learned most of it the hard way

PEACE

:)

I'm waiting for the Summer Reunion Tour with

Pearl Jam (3 original members, no Eddie Vedder)
Alice In Chains (same lead singer, sober, all new band)
Nirvana/Hole (Courtney singing lead with Dave and the other guy)

You know it will happen in 10 years. Get your tickets for the Jones Beach show! Sponsored by WBAB -The Rock of Long Island!

You want to know how weird it is getting old? I still think of Guns 'N' Roses as a "new" band, and yet Appetite for Destruction debuted nearly 15 years ago! And I still can't believe over 10 years has passed since Nirvana's "Nevermind" hit the shelves.

I'm ancient.

I remember when I first heard the deep amazing voice of Eddie Vedder... simply fantastic.

I can't believe it was that long ago and it pisses me off that music has evolved to a mojorly rap dominated market.
