NY better fucking win too
even you haven't brought me to hate them as much as the steelers...yet
well u can always have the wuld have rivers won 2 titles with giants and wuld have Eli won any with San Diego argument or why San Diego didnt just say fuck it and take Big Ben which the giants woulda took manning anyway and rivers woulda ended up in the steel city
spoon

eh, with AJ and Norv, I think they could fail with a hybrid of Brady/Montana and Elway
Roth and Eli had much better coaching and D's behind them, while Marty was pretty much gone after one fucking year as Rivers starting and some good talent
it's been downhill ever since

Yup and he's taking the childish naive approach that the larger the storm the more fed gov't needs to grow larger and thus stimulate.

they are econ profs/economists and tied to theory and personal beliefs
agree or not, it's not like they aren't believers in what they preach

naive and childish from you is hilarious
you disagree, so that's how you sum it all up
of course there are not hundreds of believers in the strategy/theories of this type overall economic philosophy, and surely WF knows it inside and out vs what he's told
hell, it wasn't implemented in the past either in our history, and used as a model in terrible economic times like the depression right? all theory has flaws, all policy has holes but you modify it with those discoveries and the evolution of our markets/world
the only childish take here is your outrage toward his "upside" of the event when looking at it from an ECONOMIC recovery angle. not once did he say it's good for people to lose their homes on a personal level. don't be the child you scream of everyone else...too late.

Yup, FDR's policies did prolong the depression and on top of that, He had Japanese Americans imprisoned during WW2
When someone writes about it all not being that bad, It just proves that he is in a protected bubble with no regard for loss. Break shit no matter if its caused by government or a natural disaster.

so when we speak of W's economic policy, I guess we should also bring up his wife killed someone driving right
what the fuck is wrong with your "other" points with not one valid tie in?
you think if you can label something bad on anyone, everything else follows suit
and prolong the depression is nonsense. the only prolonging that occurred was when the conservatives of both parties weren't happy with the solution working (not raking it in as much) and stopped a ton of his WORKING executive orders

It did by manipulation in the markets, price controls, wage inflation and congress raising taxes in 1938. Just to name a few
Even FDR's own treasury sec that the amount of money spent by the fed gov't was a huge mistake.
FDR showed his racism by taking all those Japanese rounding them up and making them live in prison camps
After the 1936 Olympics he invited all the white athletes to the WH. Guess who he didnt send an Invite to. Jesse Owens
Another fraud lionized by the dems. LBJ who said " I'll have those Niggers voting democrat for the next 200 years"

first off, the treasury sec changed his policy YEARS after and is wrong that time, not the past (but I guess he's only right once more when he agrees with you so you can make a pseudo point). for every person that bashes that policies, there are 100 that back it, emulate it and work around it in times when it's needed.
second, the internment camps mean ZERO in this argument, AGAIN. Just look how fucking idiotic that looks in this conversation, but I guess to you it's just another chance to institute your GOP tourettes parrot-like skills...as the right LOVES to bash the guy on this every time he comes up as if he's a threat. It's all just bc they want his legacy rewritten and their God Reagan to jump up the ranks and it's fucking hilarious. way to jump on that one too!
third, LBJ information has even less relevance
fuckwad fool, again

racistly dissed Jesse Owens

but it doesn't surprise me

FDR was just a modified Hitler..
and at least Hitler

ha! now it's about my stance on FDR huh? I didn't accept a thing, it's my actual views, on the depression and notice the concise thoughts and points versus one liners of hate and tearing down of the other side. there are always multiple ways of doing things, some are just worse than others and it's easy to claim another way is better when it wasn't utilized at that time...yet it was to help get the country into that mess.
And the Japanese may have plenty to do with other conversations, just not this one. That is until you changed it for the 25th fucking time dodging your incessant GOP tourettes/one offs and racism sprinkled in

Its looking back at history and seeing that FDR was not this great man as once thought. He was lionized and when looking back at his record it was far from stellar.
Furthermore structural debt and deficit plus excessive spending does not stimulate an economy. Its the antethesis of what a recovery should be.
Spew racism all you want. Its old sad and tired. Those Japanese being rounded up is a sad reminder of what many aspects of almost 4 terms of an FDR presidency was.
