I personally think that if I used the wish on only me, I'd end up feeling guilty and have second thoughts that I would have used the wish to help others.

I think that I would wish for everyone in the world to be able to, for a moment(at least) to feel the pain and loss and feeling of every other person in the world. I have a feeling that the world would become a much nicer and more peaceful place, because everyone would know what it's like to have lost someone close to them (in a war or in whatever way), have gone through some sort of trauma, or just have been through some pain in life that they haven't experienced. Simply understanding a person can change everything, I think.
