Is TNA really suing Vince?

I read an article where TNA was suing WWE because they were going after their talent. Now i cant find it anywhere online. Can they actually do this? I thought negotiations were apart of buisness, and aren't most of the TNA roster former WWE stars? Any one else hear about this, or am I going crazy

What I got from reading half and article while eating a sandwich was that there was an office guy who jumped from TNA to WWE and immediately started informing them about the contract status of TNA roster members or something.

And the guy gave a bunch of contract information to WWE.. They took it.. Fired him.. Then sent the information back to TNA.. Of course WWE never made copies of this information.
