I never post in this forum so Im sure you guys already know about these. But I did a search and couldnt find any threads about them so I figured Id throw this out there. Im not sure I like the look, but I have to admit, these are pretty badass. Personally though, Id wait til they came out with a pair that linked to Facebook instead of Google +.

I was hoping that douche would jump off the building while talking to the chick at the end to teach her a lesson for dumping him.

I think there are tons of benefits to having our technology more directly integrated with our senses. Personally, I think those glasses would be torturous experience (but I hate wearing glasses anyway). I can't imagine shit popping up in front of me when I'm not expecting it, and judging by the way I see people struggling with bifocals and trifocals and shit, I don't have much hope for having any sort of fluid "augmented reality" experience. And the voice commands are a fucking dealbreaker.
Once it becomes possible to integrate technology with a contact lens, or even tapped into your brain directly, then I think we could be making some progress.

Thank the sweet feathery jesus! I was just thinking how worn out I get holding my cell phone and pressing buttons.

Half the time I get a raging headache from looking at a computer at work all day, so I'm not electing to do it literally every second of my free time.

I guess they'll have to pass a law to make it illegal to drive with them

Im not usually big on when they fuck with the driving laws but this one I would be cool with. I couldnt imagine the amount of car accidents this would cause if it just blew up in popularity.

It's a little silly that we aren't completely driverless already.
