You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

i've noticed this a lot since they put out the new plates starting with "F" and also have seen a few fez's. one of our neighbors even has one:

funny this thread pops up when just the other day i saw a ny plate with fez and then a few numbers

maybe NY just starting issuing plates starting with F recently? I can't walk down a street recently without seeing an almost-fez.

i took 3 of those pics today, and the other 2 earlier in the week.

started like 2 years ago. with the new retro-yellow plates the vast majority start with "F".
