It's kind of a cool subject, but a series with hour long episodes?
On top of that, how is it "full metal jousting" if the lances are made of wood?
One thing's for sure, those jousters are hunks.

I just noticed there is a rather flamboyant gentleman competing on this "show". He reminds me of Ron's angry gay guy voice.

caught last nights episode on the replay. I thought it was pretty interesting, but I wasn't sure how the dude with 13 years experience lost to a relative newbie. I'm not going to let it take up space on my DVR, but if it's on and nothing else is, I'd watch it.

the lances *have* to be made of wood. when your lance breaks on the opponent, it gives you points.
also, i find the leader to be a complete douche nozzle (though i understand that he's gambled his entire finances on the venture)
also the black knight reminds me of anthony.

I thought he looked like Burglekutt from Willow.

i cackled at that because im a fucking nerd and know who burglekutt is.
however, i was talking about the leader's brother, the skinny one who seems to have a checkered past. he's the one that wears the all black armor and wears that black hat with the big black feather regularly (unless they took him out of the show already)
*edit* sorry i was confusing it for this:

I had a feeling I really didn't need to include the "from willow" part. haha.

Then they can't call it full metal jousting. When the most important part of the Full Metal Jousting Show is made of wood and is preferred to splinter, it is not something to refer to as Full Metal. Call it Throbbing Hardwood or Long sticks of wood fight on a horsey, but not Full Metal Jousting.
