One tweak I didn't like but I see how it's needed is the American Idol style auditions. They're going for more character driven contestants. I'm ok with just skipping that whole first segment and spending a little more time with the actual people who will be on the show.

We felt that the brooklyn formerly fat hipster girl desperately wants to be on the Seabird truck.

I knew that Tiffany Michelle looked familiar, but I couldn't place it. I know she's a pro poker player, but I rarely watch that, so that's not where I saw her. She was actually on a season of The Amazing Race not too long ago.
