Making up games

It seemed to be more popular in the pre-Nintendo era. My favorite was "Super Deadly Pool-side Jam Ball". I don't remember the rules; only that they were always in dispute.

Making up street games was always fun. We usually based it on a violent TV show. We played "Man From U.N.C.L.E.", we all had toy guns and tried to track the enemy through neighbors yards and alleys. One kid was thrown off of a garage roof and broke his arm..game over. LOL

My cousin("MIghty Thor" on the board) used to play "6 Million Dollar Man" by jumping like a retard off his speeding bike into metal trash cans, screaming "I'm Steve Austin" LOL!

KICK BOARD FIGHT CLUB

I got these kick borads and they rule so i hit my self and i was like ouch but hey this wont kill me so then i tell my freinds i got and idea
Lets beat the crap out of each other wiht these things

SO we made up rules

No junk shots

No head shots on purpose

ANd the purpose is the kock the kick board out of the hands of the other guy it was great we had ternimints in parking lots and we taped alot of them it was so much fun but then we all got sick cause we were doign it in the winter time and are figners would freeze off oh it was great though

The game when I was a kid was called "Kill the guy with the ball".

Basically it was avoiding a mob trying to tackle you because you had a ball and were designated "it".

"Monkey In the Middle" was another good one. It was also known as "Pickle". 2 guys throwing a ball back and forth, trying to catch kids running from one side to the other.

Another pool-based game was simply called "Swamp". Everyone (maybe 6-8 guys) would stand around the outside of an inground pool. One daring soul would jump off the diving board, into the middle of the pool. Everyone else would jump on the guy who jumped in first, preferably with flailing limbs. The last one out was the next Swampee.

The emergency room made millions off of us.
