I've been trying to fix an email on someones blackberry for about 45 minutes before I heard about the outage. I think I'm going to drag this out all day now.

I have users who have been informed of the issue and the fact that it's RIM's issue and out of my hands and they continue to pester me to get it to work.

Blackberrys are soooo 2010.

Just get a smart phone so you can't get emails and messages because the shitty battery it has just died.
