You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

im listenin to the old shit that used to crack me up when i was young. I dont know why it was so funny. its not that funny now, at least the few ive listened to so far

A little story behind the video. Frank use to have a police van sitting outside his house and the media kept asking him why he felt he needed police protection around the clock. Frank and the Philly media didn't get along, as you can see.

I miss that guy. He was the best. Say what you want but he had balls the size of churchbells and he took care of Philly. At least South Philly. LOL

This is a famous picture of him from when he was police commissioner. He had to leave a formal affair because of a riot so he just tucked his nightstick in his cumberbund.

I remember getting bootleg tapes of these from New York and just laughing my balls off while driving. I used to think they were hilarious.
