Just saw this commercial and I tried to do it but I couldn't. Anyway, apparently starting at 9pm tonight if you go to www.outbackfreesteaks.com they will give you a coopin for a free steak dinner. Enjoy if you can get it to work. The website kinda goes blank for me when I try to reserve mine.
Bon appetit.

First time I got a blank. Second time was server error. Third time was the charm!

I got to the reservation part and then I pictured the type of people here in central PA that would be attracted to a free 6 oz steak. I promptly lost my appetite and desire to go any further. Good luck to you though, buddy.
I think Denny's does a free breakfast once a year and I can't help but just feel bad for the waitresses there who have to deal with an overload of fatties who apparently can't afford such luxury the rest of the year. The tips must be fantastic:down:

I doubt the restaurant will be full of people with the same coupon.

By the way... It takes up to four weeks to get your voucher. That way, I'll have forgotten about it by the time it comes, and it will be a nice little surprise.

Oh I thought it was a one day thing. I hate coupons though, anyway. Feels like confederate money to me.

It didn't say anything at all about a confirmation email.

As long as you got the "you're one in a million" screen, you're good. Unless the post office tells them your home address isn't real for some reason.

yeah I just re did it and it went right through this time. i actually singed up for a 2nd to my brothers address since he didnt do it.
Anyway I was wrong I was getting verify your address confused with them verifying your email address. I guess verify was playing tricks on my brain because Im so used to getting a verification email. My bad but good thing is I might now have 2 coupons!!!
I didnt look into this too much but why are they doing this? Is there a new steak or an anv or something else?

This particular one is more concerned about mailing address. They could have easily emailed a voucher, but that would have made it harder to prevent people from getting multiple vouchers. This is the first thing like this I've ever seen that actually confirms you address with USPS. That makes it much harder to get multiple vouchers. The only reason they wanted your email address at all, was to send you offers.

No, I totally get they wanted to confirm physical addresses and are mailing vouchers, I just meant it's normal for them to email the confirmation as a courtesy. Like, they gave you the opportunity to print a confirmation, but not everyone has a printer, especially if they filled it out at home.

plus the page they let you print doesnt have your details on it only that the voucher would be good for a specific location. its so generic that you could print multiple copies so it would be meaningless.

The card essentially amounts to a coupon for $9. I took my son (who is on leave from the Army) there tonight. First time I've ever been. Not great, but not terrible. I added shrimp and scallops to make it more of a meal, and my son got a 14 ounce steak.

A minimum of 20% of full price. And you better order some extras, if you don't want bodily fluids in your meal.

Is that how do do it? That's one of the reasons I never use coupons at restaurants. I always worry that they will fuck with it b/c they assume I am brokedick and won't tip. I tip quite well, but they don't know that yet.
