I have a 10oz jar of Patak's Mild Curry Paste. I really like the sweetness of korma. I figure I have the curry base I'm just not sure how to augment it to sweeter sauce. Coconut milk perhaps? I'm open to all sorts of curry recipes. I'm not vegetarian. Thanks!
