In context, it could have been either bit, because I remember the 911 calls from the Duck Boat accident also having awful Philly accents and Ron riffed on it.

Again, context. I thought the original poster was mis-remembering the bit, because the duckboat callers repeatedly screamed "they're in da wooder!" so I was thinking a rescue attempt... whatever.
