just so you know, the shower is next to the toilet. If you look close, you can see the hose and shower head on the wall just to the left. Id imagine its got a waterproof draining floor, alot like how the bathroom/shower in a boat is

and, though i dont know in this house, but on a boat the shower and toilet part is about the size of a regular bathroom, just all included in one open space. So you arent showering like 6 inches from the toilet. you still can be like 3 or 4 feet away

plus if you are in the shower, get relaxed, and have to take a piss or shit, boom, toilet
