I can't remember if I discovered one of her books first and then saw her on Montel, or if it's the other way around. What I DO know is I kept exclaiming "that's what I thought/felt!!!" over and over and over while reading that first book. Sylvia's statement about how the truth will resonate within you has never made more sense! The elation I felt was beyond anything I could imagine! The hunt then began for every other book she had written and I put a standing order in at our local bookstore to bring ANY book she writes in for me.
Even as a very young girl being taken to Church, I can remember having so many questions...and especially wondering why God would punish people forever in hell if he loved us so much. The Truth shall set you free!!! LOL It makes sense that there is no hell. It makes sense that we "judge" ourselves. God never would punish us for all eternity for eating meat on a Friday!!
The very first time I read her mention of Mother God, my stomach sank. I thought "oh, here we go!". But after getting over that first jolt, I finished the book. As I read, Mother God made more and more sense. Now I think 'how could I not have figured that out myself'? Of COURSE there is a Mother God!!! Duh!
I still re-read all of Sylvia's books....I have them so marked up it's funny....and with every reading, I'm given more.
