View Full Version : Back-up Singers...That started famous, or went on to be....
The liner notes on most CDs, have some cool back-up singing surprises. How about Toni Tennille (yikes..pre-Captain, I suppose) singing on the original recording of Elton's "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me". And of course, David Crosby seems to show up everywhere.

Sheryl Crow started out as Michael Jackson's back-up singer, and Emmylou Harris sang back up for Graham Parson after he left the Byrds. I'm sure I'll think of more!
