It's skated by for years based on its name alone. I won't say it sucks or anything, but it is far from deserving the hallowed status it holds.

Breyer's Natural Vanilla with just the right amount of Creme de Menthe drizzled over it. Simple - but really fucking good, esp when high.

totally agree on the butter pecan. it's my favorite by far, but not as popular with others as it deserves to be. rocky road, i loved as a child. i haven't had the desire to try it in over 20 years.

I love Rocky Road, but Bryers Rocky Road deserves to have the name taken away from it. First, they shrink their cartons to save money. Now, they have a proud banner proclaiming "Now with 20% more marshmallow swirl!" Give me a break. More of the cheapest, least flavorful ingredient? :thumbdown:

I think most cookie dough falls short, which is a shame.

Underrated is anything with chunks of ice cream cone, pie crust, or graham cracker in it. All really great additions you dont see enough.

Underrated would have to be butter pecan. Its one of my last choices but when I decide to get it I am always surprised how good it is.

Overrated is any kind of Cookie dough ice cream. The cookie dough never taste like cookie dough.

Overrated brand is by far Ben and Jerrys. I think some are pretty good but I dont love any of them. Too much going on and way overpriced.

Peanut butter ice creams are always my favorite, but I don't see them as often as I used to. The Reese's ones are great, but only if its with vanilla ice cream - chocolate ice cream doesn't mesh as well, and I don't know why.

And black cherry ice cream, too. It's a lot more delicious than people think.

Cake batter ice cream sucks cuz most companies don't get it right. Neopolitan can go fuck itself, too.
