25 years after Top Gun's release, Maverick is tearing through the sky again on the big screen.
Fans of the film and newcomers alike can take in the digitally remastered classic for two shows only.
Special Engagements:
Saturday, April 30 at 12:30pm and Monday, May 2 at 7:00pm
Guests will receive a theatre-sized commemorative poster while supplies last.

This looks like the first re-release that won't be at my local theater. I don't think I'd go anyway. I actually remember seeing this in the theater in 1986.

I had no desire to see it when it came out either. I've tried to watch it when it was on TV and couldn't. It's one of those so-called classic movies that I find unbearable to watch, like "An Officer and a Gentleman". Maybe you have to be gay or a woman to appreciate such things.

I think things like the Quentin Tarantino speech in that one movie about how gay it is makes some people think it'll be a silly MST3K thing, but it's really not; it's an overblown, bloated mess from the Hollywood machine, just a total snoozer. Very skippable.
