I was amazed by the number of dishes I was able to make over the winter when I couldn't get to the supermarket.

Only because I use it in almost all my meals, I try to keep a good amount of water on hand at all times..I'll sometime even go as far as getting bunch of it and then freezing some into little cubes so it's there if I need it..
