You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I have 2 accounts here. Could I have Both of them deleted? I can't figure out how in the User CP? I want to make a new account name, but I also want both of mine deleted... That possible? Could a Mod or Admin make it happen?

A mod can do it, but you'd be better off asking one in a PM. They could also just change your name instead of deleting both, if you want.
