Extra nerdy question incoming:

I'm considering using Ruby on Rails for both my personal site as well as some work stuff. Anyone have any experience with it? Really the decision would be PHP (Zend) vs RoR, outside of PHP being generically faster, anything else I should be considering?

its a great language right now, most of the cloud computing apps are written in rails. i think you should go for it. it would be a fun project if for no other reason to get experience with one of the faster growing future languages.
