If so, what do you think?

I have a budget of about 15k for a used car. Looking at one of the above, '08 or '09.

Also thinking about a '08 Tucson, but that might be slightly above, since I want something well equipped: V6, 4wd, etc.

Disclaimer: I am not a lesbian or gay. Not that there is anything wrong with one of those two.

I don't drive a Kia, but isn't Kia Hyundai's "economy" brand? Like Ford = Lincoln, Kia = Hyundai?

Yes, that is the case.

Anyone have experience negotiating on a used car? If the list price/book value is $17k and the "private party" book value is $15.5k, what should I expect to pay at the dealer?
