Its not like Pauly D is his fake stage name hes using his own real name. I hope this asshole loses and it cost him even more money!

Ah, the age of the internet. So he's suing because he's lost business because he's been pushed way back in Google searches. I'm sure he has but he'll have to show how much be made prior to the show coming on and how much he makes now. The MTV lawyers could then say he has less business due to the economy and that they have no control over Google searches anyway. Interesting how he trademarked his name after Jersey Shore was on.

After this gets dragged-out for a long time, he'll probably accept some token pay-out and drop the case. With terms kept confidential, of course.

I recall at the time they went right from Italy back to Seaside Heights. Vinny supposedly got homesick and went home. MTV told him to get back or he's done and then I don't remember reading if it was resolved.

they filmed italy in like january feb last year, so they couldnt have immediately filmed NJ after. it woulda had to be during the time italy was on TV

Things seem oddly calm. Vinny went home because of a panic attack but is back, Snookie apparently has a urinary tract infection and The Situation is being sensitive and nice. Fortunately, no Ron & Sammi drama (actually, Sammi is hardly doing anything).

Ronnie and s have nvr added much other then their orig drama but it got old and Ronnie laying that guy out in one punch

Also if u notice they have a lot of the periphery characters on screen a lot more whereas in seasons past u barely saw them

According to TMZ (for what that's worth), MTV is going to phase out Snookie and The Situation and are going to cast some new house members.

Although the entire cast -- including Situation and Snooki -- will appear on Season 6 of the hit series, TMZ reports that the pair will receive less screen-time than their housemates in attempts to phase them out of the show.
