The seeds are set. Are you talking about matchups changing depending on who wins the round before? Yea they do.

For instance if the Seahawks beat the Saints and the Packers beat the Eagles who would play the Falcons. According to the brackets the Falcons would play the Hawks and Bears would play the Packers. However if they resead it would be different

The highest seed will play the lowest seed still remaining.
