Ever since we moved here and got this phone number some bitch (probably the person who had this number last) has continued to use my number to get various discount cards at local stores, like CVS, and BiLo. Whenever I have them change the info she changes it back, she is basically stealing discounts and coupons earned for buying at these places, including a deal that gets me a 5 cent per gallon fuel discount for every 50 spent at the grocery store, it adds up. It's identity theft really. Anyway I can find her address easy enough, but I'd like a phone number (other than mine) to reach her, this doesn't feel like a face to face type occasion.

I had a guy at the BiLo pull up my phone number on their computer so I could verify my info, it gave me her name and address.

When she keeps changing the info that is associated the phone number it awards her points and discounts every. Time I use my little keychain card. When I make a purchase her name.shows up on my reciept. Betweenmy wife I we spend.about 100 dollars at CVS every month, this ussually causes the.register to spit out some 5 dollars off coupons, but this bitch gets them before we do. Does that make sense? My recommendations:

1) At CVS and anywhere else, ask to speak to a manager. Tell them the story and tell them that she is committing fraud in their store and you want the phone number locked out of her account. Tell them you will call the district manager and send letters to corporate.

2) Call the police. This woman is committing fraud and is using your phone number as identity theft. If you call your local precinct and explain that she is using your identity at these stores, ask what your options are.
