Christmas menus

I had very little to do with our holiday menu:

Popcorn Shrimp
New York strip steak
Spanish rice
Plantains
Broccoli in cheese sauce
Cheese cake

This was tonight. Tomorrow is leftovers.

Grilled shrimp and scallop kabobs, oysters, grilled wings, various sides, and various pies.

My brother rocks.

Christmas Eve dinner: Thai takeout (Pad Si Ew)
Christmas Day lunch: Chicken Souvlaki at the Greek diner.
Christmas Day dinner: Burger at the bar (and at least a 6-pack).

In-laws making ham and spaghetti and meatballs. I'm making a rib roast, because that sounded glee.

Only food I look forward to around this time of the year, it's a Christmas & New Years tradition in my family

Last night was dinner with family and friends at a local restaurant (I had tomato and mozzarella salad, fried calamari, and the short ribs). Dessert was back at our place while we opened some presents.

I cooked today:

Salad (lettuce, cucumber, black olives, green olives, salami, mozzarella cheese, croutons)
Lasagna
Spiral Ham (okay, so I only have to heat it up, but still...)
Rice Pilaf
Broccoli & Cauliflower

Oh yeah, and alcohol.
