Link for the Medscape doesn't work bc you need ur own account unless you get there via a search. (http://www.google.com/search?q=laquinimod&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a)
Soooooo, hit the second link listed for the oral MS agent rundown.

It's a great time to have this disease. All the advances made in a relatively quick time is pretty wonderful.
Unfortunately I don't have insurance so none of this matters at the moment.

Not true, call Shared Solutions, Lifelines or whatever support program they have for the drug u were on. In fact, I believe you said it was Copaxone and I know for a fact they just changed their charity/free product provider to a much easier to deal/work with, AssistRx. If it's another drug, I BS now has a generic form out called Extavia, I would strongly advise against Avonex (inferior in multiple studies but better than nothing), Rebif has a very liberal program like Copaxone and you seriously wouldn't be a candidate for the new/first oral bc it's REALLY expensive and the risk benefit ratio is way to heavy on the risk. In short, it's not the answer or even close. If you were doing well on ur platform therapy, go back to it.
