I like that the MLB wrote that he was beloved. Meanwhile, the Hall of Fame committee overlooked the guy, in spite of his numbers, because he was such a prick to so many people over the years. I absolutely hate the Cubs, but he probably deserved to be in unless you combine his years of play with his absolutely horrific color commentary on Chicago Cubs radio broadcasts "Oh, no!"
