I agree. I have no problem with musicians taking on causes but a cop killer, I'm sure all that publicity, time, and money could be better spent say educating their fans on the embarrassment that is the U.S. prison system.


Pauls Boutique, Check Your Head, and Ill Communication are all classics and they are incredible live (at least they were I haven't seen them in years).

I like stuff they do pop/rock/rap. But also get into thier jazz stuff. Like "The Mix up". "The In Sound from Way Out!" is also one I'm looking into.
