I made some chicken cutlets tonight and they came out great... I used to dip in egg, then breadcrumb and the breadcrumbs would mostly fall off when frying. Then I was told to egg/breadcrumb/then egg again. So I just did breadcrumb/egg cause the chicken was moist and the breadcrumb stuck great while cooking...
Anybody do anything different to their chicken cutlets?

I fuck my cutlets tenderly. They are so tasty after they come out of my oven.

Mr. E Plurbus FUNK,

I dip in egg, then bread crumbs, then egg again-- never had any complaints!

I batter mine with flour and water, then batter them again with just flour, then stick them in the fryer. MMMMMMMM, I love the Chicken & Rib Crib.

IT'S TIME TO PLAY THE GAME-AHHH!

Egg batter first, then dip in parmesan cheese, back in the batter, then dip in breadcrumbs.

Believe it or not, Captain Crunch makes an excellent coating as well... Crunch the crunch and dip as usual, it comes out great, crunchy and sweet...
I just remembered that you bake it, not fry it...

I can't cook, but my girlfriend does flour, egg, breadcrumb, then she cooks them. They're really good. Without her to make sure I eat, I'd probably starve trying to open a can of soup with an olive fork or something.
