You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I just heard a Cambria Suites commercial on 202. The character was an english metal guy staying at a hotel, and it was either Sherwin Sleeves with a twist of cockney, or some jag has ripped off our buddy.
