I liked when Al was talking about his management theory- "If they don't follow the rules, they're out." Which means if you want to get technical, if O&A don't listen to Al's 'rules' since a) they don't like him and b) he'd be another Dave Dickless he'd force them out. MEANING he'd force out the biggest show on the station, one of the biggest shows in NY.

I almost feel bad for Al. He's deluded himself into not only thinking he's a good producer, but that he's also management material.

It ain't happening. This is as good as it will ever get for him in this business, and his hold onto his job is tenuous at best.

I don't see him going anywhere, unless it's by his choice. How many countless hours of radio has he provided R&F without them having to do any show prep. He makes their job easier, it's just not the way a normal producer does it.

R&F would have to look long and hard (Fez:"Ewwww") to find someone that was as funny as Al. He fits in with Ron's humor perfectly, much as Norton works for O&A.

I used to wish that he'd leave, but I'm starting to appreciate the humor in the Al bashing. Al gives us the chance to act out the part of the playground bully, which is something most of never were.
