You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I've found this to be a great and less expensive substitute for mozzarella cheese in dishes like ziti and lasagne. It tends to crumble a bit while shredding but it's minor.

I find it has more flavor than mozzarella cheese.
