DETROIT 1-8-7 vs HAWAII 5-O WHATS THE BETTER COP SHOW?

i've seen two episodes of both shows and at first i liked hawaii 5-0,now i'm starting to dig detroit 1-8-7 more. i like the remake and bikini scenes in hawaii 5-0 as well as jin and boomer being back on tv but micheal imperioli just does such a great acting job and the show seems great. i might have a bias living in michigan and making a couple of trips to the D (fu) each year but i wonder what the people of .net think,whats the better cop show?

Ha, I guess. I was with a group of guys once that were talking about how awesome beer commercials were. If I didn't find men so gross physically, I'd probably be gay.

Yea, they are both good shows. I like them both! I think Hawaii 5-0 might go the route of bad-guy-of-the-week storytelling, but I hope they keep the underlying plot if the guy who was shot in the first episode and whose body disappeared, going. Scott Cann is hilarious.
And Detroit 187 has some very strong actors... much in the line of NYPD Blue.

Detroit 187 is the better "cop" show, for it's a bit more realistic. Hawaii 5-0 might turn into just a fun cop show.

i just watched the last two episodes of both shows, the motown music in the background and the fantastic camera work in the chase scenes makes me love 1-8-7 but boomer in a bikini made it move
