I agree. He is now referred to as "The Dave Man" pretty regularly, they have mentioned his radio wedding a few times, and the 'banter' has picked up quite a bit.

I think he is starting to make it his own.

It's a shame that all R&F play is the podcast, which by definition would show none of his personality. But I suspect that I may be 'Doesn't get the bit guy", and that's how Ronnie wants it.

When is Dave usually on air? I checked the program list, but didn't see his name.

I've heard the "podcasts", but I would like to hear him speak "freely".
